- Students in grades 5-8 are required to perform Christian service hours as part of their religion curriculum. The purpose of community service is to encourage the student to go outside of their immediate family and friends to reach out to others in the community. Each student is responsible to print the necessary forms to document their hours and provide verification forms/letters. All papers must be submitted to their religion teacher at the end of each trimester. Service hours can be divided into different service opportunities to help our school (i.e. uniform donations, campus clean up, etc.), families (i.e washing the car, mowing the lawn, etc.), as well as, local community and parish (i.e. altar serving, food donations, etc.). To ensure completion of service hours, documentation must be provided along with service sheet.
- Service hour requirements are as follows: Grade 5: Fifteen (15) hours (5 hours per trimester)
